Hi doctor,I am currently 17 week pregnant,and sometimes I become upset started crying when I ever I miss my father as I lost him 2 years back and still it's not normal for me.Side by side I became immediately afraid of my future baby if this situation affect him or her.kindly suggest me how to recover from this.i am trying every time not to cry ,to be happy but sometimes it happens

Since u r pregnant it can be harmonal for ur mood swings.as for feeling low for. The loss of ur father it can be natural but try to overcome this thought by more positive thoughts .u can listen to calming music or any music of ur liking.or u can pursue any hobbies which are light and will be comfortable to u and ur baby.try dis for a month
