I have been helpless, depressed for the past 5 years. Don't have a stable career. Wasted my 20's. I am nearing 30. Horrible decisions made me like this.

This is a peculiar issue. My gf and I were doing good. There is age gap for sure but that was never an issue. We lived through some crisis also and very well. However Corona time forced us to be only two of us knowing each other. At work front both of us were stressed, she was not liking her job and I was also not liking the culture of company.However in last some months things have become too bad. She wants to leave me and her logic is that I feel like burden to her and that she has got only stress with me. She fully agrees that I care for her. I can understand that in last 2 years of lockdown we hardly went out and there was nothing pleasant going in our lives. She is visibly upset and looks very very sad too. I am worried for her as well. she is stuck. she cries but she doesn't move ahead either. I am seeking some relationship counseling,If after that also, she wants to quit, I am ok.

Always thinking about cleaning, handwash with soap approx 20-25 times in a day. Cleaning home more than 3 times in a day. Please let consult to cure this problem

I am not able to decide anything properly, if i decide one thing after wasting time, then this decision turned to be upset. Very much confused in taking decisions. Such decisions are most upsetting in financial and life decisions. I feel always guilt about my decision latter on. Please help me out how to deal this type of issues.
