For ocd...
I am suffering from OCD...now it's uncontrollable...what can I do???mainly bad things come in mind for God...also cleaning...when it is uncontrollable, headache started...

Don't b afraid, whether it is ocd or any other disorder if we neglect , then it will impaired in our daily routines. Ocd must be treated if followed by  proper medication and counselling, First most thing is if we will be motivated ,then it is possible to deal with every challenge...

OCD is a disability if not treated on time and if not understood by patient and treating professional properly. OCD can be also a symptom of some deep rooted problem like borderline personality disorder. The best therapy according to me as i have worked with lot of chronic ocd patients is Acceptance and commitment therapy and Exposure and response prevention.

We can't get rid of them if we Try to get rid of them. Request to continue treatment from mental health care expert as soon as possible, advised to visit both psychiatrist and psychologist. OCD is treatable with morden mindbody medicine therapy and right medication.

Hello I can understand your situation. Generally in ocd case, some repetitive thoughts will be coming to the mind, it will be hard to you to control the thoughts. So pls consult with a good therapist and try to attend some counselling sessions. If there is any need, you can take medications along with the therapy. Don't worry, everything will be alright.
