My life is over there is nothing left even i don't have loved ones sin life from starting onwards only people who are good also not there god born me again

Of late I've become very fearful. Specially the fear of getting a deadly disease. For myself or my loved ones. I've also noticed that I quickly become very emotional. Specially when it comes to my 6 years old daughter. Whenever I come across a slightest tear jerker scene or a song I quickly become emotional. Is this normal? Am I having mid life crisis?

Because of overthinking can't able to be my self sometimes I look stange to my own self and body works on something mind thinking about absolutely unwanted things kindly help me to overcome this

My 3 year old son throws severe tantrums. Before the birth of our 3 month infant daughter, we didn't say firm no to him. Now he throws a lot of tantrums. He even tries hitting the infant. How do we handle tantrums?

From last three days, I am in a negative thought loop that someone said to me that I will die in early age... And from no where a thought stucked in my mind that sometimes peoples sayings can be true in future... Like In 24 hours godess saraswati stays on toung... I know this is normal thought, ... My wife got very hiper n violent frequently specially when she have migraine headache.. Her behavior is so impulsive that she can harm anyone.. She started throwing utensils or objects lying near to her.. This type of behaviour last for two to three days.. Kindly suggest medication
