Am 22 and i am 5 ft long and weight is 58kg.. i have too much acidity problem...my heart burn like hell..i eat home food but then also i have indigestion..i burp too much.. between eating and after eating i burp and food come out of my mouth.. i am so depressed from that... i always feel i have cancer... sometimes i have panick attack.. i search on google... and my symptoms are similar to stomach cancer... how to mentally strong... should i check on google about my symptoms?..

Hypnotherapy session online possible? Is it good to take online hypnotherapy session on call? Or person hypnotherapy session is better Or both are good?

I can't focus. I always keep forgetting things. I want to start preparing for my career but I don't know in which field I should try. I am disturb mentally. What should I do?

I was seeing someone for the past 5 months everything was okay for me .and then I asked him if something is wrong with him is he said no everything was fine and he wanted to talk to me I was like okay and he didn't msgd me and I didn't too because I don't want to chase someone and after 14 days of no contact he asked someone to give his msg to me that his family is not ready to accept me whatever may be the reason and I also didn't like showed great interest in him and I simply deleted his number and didn't said a thing to him now my question is have I chased him ? And did he kind of rejected me ? I myself had took a step back 14 days prior of his msg .and I didn't really contacted him and ik he kind of betrayed me but I am not sure about the rejection thing my friends told me that he didn't rejected me and I didn't chased him too plus I did the right thing to not to contact him again and simply deleting his number .please like give me an apt answer to my query pl

My question is what is the best way to react when someone betrays you ? Is the best reaction is to walk away without saying anything bad to them and let karma do the thing ? Or confront them and say nasty things to them and then walk away? How to react in the best possible way to this kind of situation

I'm talking about someone whom I never considered as my bf because he was 13 years elder to me and I was talking to him just because of my family .I wasn't really comfortable bcz of the age gap and it was tough for me to understand him .he all of a sudden told the matchmaker to convey his msg to my family that his family has issues with kundli and few months back he said he won't leave me and all those things and he wasn't able to talk to me at all and what I did was simply blocked him and it's been 11 days since that day he didn't deleted my number .so what should I think about it ? I mean I checked one fine day and I was able to see his status on whatsapp its really like confusing. Like I blocked him because it's a goodbye when he said his family has issues and why the hell like I will still have his number in my contacts list so why didn't he deleted my number yet ? Is he least bothered by numbers ? Ik it's not my business but my curious and I have stopped stalking him now .
