Hi, Yes, we can reprogram our brain. when our brain is automatically thinking in certain direction, it means the belief has set in our subconscious mind which needs to be change. & we can easily do it through hypnotherapy. (safe drugless treatment). As of now don't believe your thoughts much, the more you will believe, more will be the suffering. work on countering them with realistic questions. Take care

Experiencing anxiety upon waking up can be distressing, but there are strategies you can try to help manage and reduce your anxiety. Here are a few suggestions: Deep breathing and relaxation techniques: Practice deep breathing exercises or other relaxation techniques to help calm your mind and body. Take slow, deep breaths and focus on your breath as you inhale and exhale. Progressive muscle relaxation or guided imagery exercises can also be helpful. Establish a morning routine: Create a calming morning routine that includes activities you find enjoyable and relaxing. This could involve gentle stretching, mindfulness exercises, listening to calming music, or engaging in a hobby you find soothing. Starting your day in a positive and peaceful way may help reduce anxiety. Challenge negative thoughts: When anxious thoughts arise, challenge them by questioning their validity. Ask yourself if there is evidence to support these thoughts or if there are alternative explanations. Practice replacing negative thoughts with more realistic and positive ones.
