Feeling anxious all the time
I m always feeling anxious for no reason. Trying to calm myself down doesn't help much. There is no reason as such for this anxiousness but there is some kind of fear about the next activity that is to be done be it anything. There is unnecessary overthinking which makes me anxious and keeps my crying for hours without any significant reason. Talking to people doesn't help.

Hello dear client, As mentioned by you especially that you feel anxious before or for any new activity, I would suggest that start to prepare yourself before any new activity and that will surely help you. Preparing means try to understand before only about the activity and how to go about with it, getting some idea about the activity will help you work on your fear.
Next Steps
You can seek online professional help too for better results.

Hi! What you’re going through can be because of something known as GAD- generalised anxiety disorder if you’ve been having it for 6 months or more. The best way to deal with it is not to fight with it but go along with it. Try and understand what’s troubling you, spend time with yourself and look back at the smallest and biggest things that get to you and try and understand if there is something you haven’t addressed because you don’t feel that it’s a big deal. Apart from that -
Next Steps
- Try and stay in the present rather than think in the future. - try and relabel what’s happening - understand what your thoughts are at the moment and then analyse them - breathe in and breathe out - try distracting your mind, do something else - walk around - stay away from caffeine
Health Tips
Try and do this everyday, for however long as you can and if it doesn’t help, try and get professional help All the best !
