I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a sense of detachment and a lack of excitement in your life.Seek professional help: Consider reaching out to a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor. They can help you explore your feelings, provide guidance, and develop coping strategies tailored to your specific situation. They may also be able to recommend alternative treatments, such as homeopathy, if that is something you're interested in exploring.
Communicate with loved ones: Talk openly with your friends and family about what you're going through. Let them know how you're feeling and that you're seeking support. Their understanding and support can be invaluable during this time.
Practice self-care: Focus on self-care activities that promote well-being, such as exercise, getting enough sleep, maintaining a balanced diet, and engaging in activities you enjoy. Prioritize activities that bring you a sense of fulfillment, even if you don't feel excited about them in the moment.

Hi,
According to your given information, you had anxiety and depression issues before, and now again, you have started to feel dullness and lack concentration. I would like to suggest that along medication, you should consult a psychologist for counseling sessions that will help you to fight with your negative thoughts.
If you had a history of anxiety and depression then it's likely that above symptoms can suggest towards psychotic changes.
Though it needs to be ruled out and need more details.
You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician because it can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively.

Hi... What you are feeling is like 'numbness of emotions'. Try to gauge this, suppose you are physically pushed beyond your limits, for example, running or exercise. Than beyond a point your body will stop reacting to it. You will experience a kind of numbness in terms of your experience to pain or discomfort. A similar kind of thing is what you are experiencing in terms of your emotional reactions to outside events. This may occur due to prolonged illnesses (depression or anxiety) or due the impact/withdrawal of certain medications (psychiatric) you were consuming to address your issues. You may not want to continue these medications but you need to consult your Psychiatrist to help you understand what exactly is causing your presenting issues (loss of interest, dullness, etc.)
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
Consult your Psychiatrist for Medication related Guidance.
