Please consult a general physician like a doctor with MD (General Medicine) and get yourself checked to rule out any underlying physical health issues which I do suspect that you may be having. If the doctor diagnoses you with any physical health conditions that need to be treated, please complete that treatment. If your inability to concentrate on anything and sleep issues do not improve with this, please consult a psychologist and chalk out the way forward for addressing mental health conditions, if any. If your condition warrants medications like anti depressants, let your doctor decide on what will suit you and what will not.
Next Steps
Consult a general physician and address physical health conditions, if any. Consult a psychologist thereafter, if required.

Hi , Consult a Psychologist for an assessment, what you are feeling implies that you're under stress or dealing with something challenging. Counselling and therapy will help you understand the underlying reasons following which you will learn skills to manage these feelings effectively. In the meantime try relaxing and letting your mind and body rest , be compassionate-kind to yourself , mindful of your own emotions, the good and the bad. Start with something small that has to be done , initially finding the energy to do something to get started is not easy. In taking these steps to change your mood and care for yourself, you may find yourself feeling more motivated and better .
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Health Tips
Focus on positive thoughts- affirmations, Practicing deep breathing , meditating good sleep hygiene.

Hi It sounds like you are feeling depressed. To feel better consult a psychologist and talk about what is bothering you. If any medicine is not suiting you consult a psychiatrist. You have not been eating well for three months, you are not able to focus and you are not able to sleep well. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis and medication and consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. Be patient with yourself and over a period of time you will feel better. The recovery process will be gradual, but you will feel better.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and psychologist.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.

Hi... Do you see any possible reasons for your immediate issues? Has something happened recently which caused these changes in your routine or it just happened. If there are any psychosocial factors precipitating these symptoms than Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is the best treatment for you. Also, please try to regulate your routine in terms of proper and timely meals, exercise, and breathing/meditation. It will also help you regulate your sleep better.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
