Hi buddy
So glad u reached out. Can’t imagine how stressful and helpless u might be feeling ? I would need to know more u and ur life.. ur family .. what u are doing in general to be able to understand your situation completely.
Will it be possible for u to connect on a phone session with me ? I would like to help u with the faulty beliefs that u are perhaps carrying abt urself.
Hi.
Your symptoms are indicative of generalized anxiety disorder. These are debilitating and take away from personal and academic development. The symptoms are treatable by cognitive behavioral therapy which works on these thoughts while at the same time teaching you behavioral exercises to deal with the Anxiety. You may also be benefited by mindfulness based therapies which focus on living in the moment. The therapy would last around 12-16 sessions.
Hey there. I can see that you are going through a very difficult time and it may seem like there is no way out. But trust me, it is possible to step away from the shadows and usher in light into your life. When there's a lot going on in your mind, it does become difficult to love the things you did , or focus on your work or listen attentively to someone who's talking to you. However, we can work on this together and help you begin to love yourself and your life.
Since you mentioned you are feeling suicidal, I would suggest you seek urgent help without delaying any further. You would feel a lot better when you start talking and expressing yourself freely in a space which promises confidentiality.
In the meanwhile I hope you get to find at least one person who could be your family or best friend for support. And if there's one thing you are passionate about like singing - sing with all your heart. I can personally relate to this as well when I was a teenager who was depressed, music and social support helped me alongwith counselling.
Next Steps
Feel free to reach out to me to book a session. I provide video and telephonic consultation.

Techniques like Mindfulness ( connecting back to the present) and relaxation would really help you overcome such an issue.
Next Steps
Seek appointment from a clinical psychologist.
Health Tips
You may include some physical exercise, yoga, pranayam or other breathing techniques in your daily regime.
Thanks for reaching out. This probably is a very difficult time for you. The amount of anxiety, fear and compulsions you feel might also come in the way of many things you'd like to do. However, always remember that you're strong enough to make it out of the situation you are in. I would like to suggest that you try going for therapy in order to get to the root of your concerns. I can see how your compulsions and constant fear of things going wrong could be a manifestation of your anxiety, and when this is coupled with suicidal thoughts, it can get frustrating and scary. You can try and indulge in meditation and some breathing techniques in order to become more aware, mindful and understanding of what you are going through. However, like I mention before, I think it is essential that you consider going for therapy.

Here are a few suggestions that could be helpful :
When you take an observer's stand and take an objective look at the nature of thoughts that you generally experience from time to time, you'll see that you may either have thoughts about something that happened in the past, including guilt or shame about something perceived as a failure, or imagining something that might happen in the future, examples include what you mentioned in your query.
Being aware of this, the next step is to knowing that you have the power to choice which thought you wish to focus and act on and exercising this power, every time.
Our attitude towards life in general and things in particular is often based on our Beliefs - what we believe to be true about ourselves and the world.
What are your core beliefs about yourself and the world?
What are those beliefs on the basis of which you feel that you are not worthy enough to be deserving the right to lead the kind of life that you truly deserve to live ?
Reflect on those situations which unsettle you the most. What are the thoughts that you typically experience in such situations ? What are the beliefs on the basis of which you keep considering those thoughts to reflect reality or the truth ?
Try writing them down and examine the validity of these beliefs.
Some of them may be limiting and negative in nature because of some of the feedback you might have received in the past - at home, in school, from your classmates, friends, relatives, etc. But once you are aware of them, you shed light on them, examine their truth, they can no longer manipulate your behavior or actions. As your beliefs change, your attitude changes, and words, actions and behavior follow.
Whatever you feed your mind through your sense organs have an impact on your psychological and emotional well being. Be conscious of this. Take care of the content you feed your mind - the kind of books you read, the websites you visit, the kind of music you listen to, the kind of food you eat, the kind of words you choose to speak about yourself and others, the kind of company you keep ( ' You are an average of five people you spend most of your time with ' - these five people need not be physically present. They could be role models who inspire you. )
Here is a breathing exercise that could help you :
You may do this in the night once you have finished with your tasks for the day :
Inhale slowly to a count of four - hold your breath to a count of four - exhale slowly to a count of eight. Repeat this ten times. You may do this also in the morning before you begin your daily routine.
Thanks for reaching out for help. A negative thought can spoil your entire day and your level of anxiety and confused temperament will definitely affect your everyday life. You will need to consult with a trained professional who can help you find solutions to your problems.
Next Steps
please take a video consultation with me or any therapist of your choice to seek help to calm yourself and take one step at a time towards mental peace.
Health Tips
Be aware of your mind playing tricks on you making you feel that there is nobody in the world for you. Look at your circle of family, friends and well wishers and find a person to talk to without feeling conscious of any negativity. This will make you feel heard.
Hi... a mind which is not prepared, which can't see things as they are, a mind which don't accept the reality, a mind which can't differentiate between reality and illusion, a mind which can't see and go beyond the curtain, a mind which can't fly above the clouds to witness tranquility and peace always experience tremendous pain and fear in each moment of life. Every moment intimidates you with some or the other reasons. Because in darkness even a rope intimidate anyone like a snake. It is very much likely to happens with many of us. Replacing the darkness with light 💡 can only resolve all the issues as you can see things clearly. Then on instead of getting life destructing thoughts, your mind starts receiving lucid and pleasant thoughts.
You can reach me out for any assistance.
Good Luck
