Now Dr suggested to undergo lapro and histo scopy, is thi necessary or medication is enough, please suggest?

I got my cervical stitch in 19th week(Cervix was 2cm) after which I did 15 days complete bed rest. My doc advised I can do my desk job and normal walking for sometime and less physical household activity. Can I use indian toliet after cerclage? My running week is 22nd right now.
