Pregnancy and Infertility

I am under infertility treatment and i have PCOS.my last period was on 10th june.so i have taken HCG injection for ovulation on 23rd june and after that started duphastone from 25th onwards and i have heavy periods like cramps in my abdomen from 9th july onwards. And i stopped duphastone on 9th july and still I have cramps is this really period cramps or anything else ?what I need to do here?

My kid is 10 years old. She puberted on 17th May. Next, she had her periods on 12th June. But till now, she did not have her periods.. her periods were due between 7th July and 12th July. Is this a problem  doctor

As per doctor's I have endometriosis in one overy & Pcod in another overy. But I have no pain and regular monthly cycle so I doubt that I have endometriosis. I wanted to do Pelvis MRI for Endometriosis without doctor prescription. Is it possible?

How much time it takes for c sec stitches to heal completely? Can i lift 8-9 kgs of weight after 10-12 days of c sec?
