Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello doctor, My period have delayed appx 15 days. My LMP was 30 June and till today I haven't got my period. I took a test on 8 July and it shows negative. I didn't feel any symptoms..and my period was regular and on track...I don't have any idea what happened this time. Please help me with this ..what happened to me...if any tonic you can suggest me?

Last week my mother had urine in blood with no pain. We consulted a doctor and did an ultrasound and culture test.. the ultrasound came in and it shows a few issues... What should be our next step.. is it something serious that has to be attended right away.. ? Is the report showing anything urgent.

Maam why I am missing my period on this month, my date was on 9th of July 2023 but it is still late by 6 days, please give me a suggestion, I was on relationship  on 9th day of peruod of previous month , but i have taken unwanted 72 on the next day of conceive. I have a very sticky and white discharge and also my vulva area is not wet. Does that mean that I am not ovulating?

I was due to get double IUI's this cycle. I had 3 follicles on day 11 ie. 18.5 on right ,16 and 15 on left. My Gynae told me to take trigger on day 12 (8 pm). I had bad stomach cramps like ovulation cramps since day 12 - 3 pm. I took hucog 5000 injection as suggested by my doctor at 8. Today ( day 13) I went for ultrasound and was told that my follicles have already ruptured. My doctor told me we'll do only 1 IUI as I have already ovulated. I am due to get IUI today at 5. Is it worth to get IUI today as follicles have already ruptured?

I m suffering from abdominal pain since 2019. This happens after my periods is over, on 7-8th day and lasts for 4- 7days or more every month. My period cycle is 23-24 days. I have consulted several gynaecologists , and they prescribe contraceptive pills. Whenever i take the pills there is no pain but after that pain starts again. I have also done ultrasound recently which shows myoma in fundal region. Is there any permanent solution?
