Pregnancy and Infertility

I'm asking on behalf of my mom age 45yrs. She had irregular periods from the last 2 years after the scan pap semar doctor suggested Novelon for 3 months then it worked. The problem repeated early this year again doctor suggested the same 2months novelon. It worked and from last two months started bleeding 10 days. She took novelon it stopped bleeding and saw spotting and tiny bleeding while using novelon. After using it for 5 days due to bleeding She stopped novelon. After two days of stopping it she started bleeding heavily and had to change every 2 or 3 hours. P. S- She had thyroid and blood is just 9 so she is unable to walk long and going to obesity phase deeper. We visited multiple gynaecologists in AP and TS  every time scan, pap semar, high consultation charges again same trouble now she is not even ready to visit doctor as she decided it keeps repeating and none can give a solution. Can anyone help atleast to stop bleeding?

My wife aged 40 years . She is having PCOD and her fallopian tube is blocked. So she went for IVF . But two attempts of IVF failed. Previously, she used to get periods only by taking progesterone tablets every month. Now IvF failed. So, how long should she take progesterone tablets to get periods every month.

My last scan report shows 2.5 weeks ahead in baby growth, I do not have any history of diabetes and my sugar levels are are all normal.. Ogtt was 129 mg/dl... Doctor asked monitor my sugar levels last week and attached are the results.. please suggest what has to be done.. thank you!

Hi..my periods got over on 14 July..but after that I'm facing very light brown discharge mixed with fluid..is it the leftover blood..is it okay?

I am on femilion for last three cycles due to sporting issue. The last two cycles were normal and fine but this month I got my periods on 10th and even today I am bleeding. Also the bleeding is heavy since last 3 days with clumps of blood. Is this normal?

I & my wife both have many diseases & some of them are because of our genes. We don't want our future  baby to suffer like us.what is the way , we can have a baby with our genes but without those diseases.money is not a problem, we just want a healthy baby
