Does Dhupaston postpones /prevents bleeding only if the conception has happened or it will postpone periods even if there is no conception.?

Hi doctor, last month I got my periods delayed by 10 days and it lasted only for 1 day with heavy flow. This month I'm experiencing very light brown discharge and very little pain in lower abdomen and have not got my periods yet. I had single ovarian cyst an year ago which was treated with the tab Nostra. What should I do to get my normal periods again?

I saw in some of the articles which are available in the internet says it will leads to reducing hormone levels even ovary left intact. Hi doctor! I had taken unwanted 72 exactly one week ago, on that day everything was fine and from th next day I am experiencing a no. of it's side effects two days back i.e, on 17 july I also had my withdrawal bleeding for one day only as i took the pill only two days after my periods. But from yesterday I am having mild stomach and back pain its not in my lower abdomen region it's actually in the middle.. what could it be??

I have 2 year old baby, stopped breastfeeding when she is 8 months old. I had menstruation on 12 Jul 2023, , since yesterday evening (day 6 after menstruation), I could see 1-2 drops of breastmilk while cleaning. Please suggest if it require any treatment.

I got my results from Sono HSG, I do not have the scan of images, but on my results doctor as written that right fallopian tube is blocked, where as there left fallopian tube contrasted with delay, outflow to the peritoneal cavity was visualized;  We were considering iui for conceiving, how effective will iui be? Should we go for IVF instead?
