What will happen if I take emergency contraceptive 2 days before my periods? Will I my periods come faster? (Already took one right now)

Is Progesterone & folic acid tablet helpful when USG report showing ( post 7 week from LMP) no cardiac activity seen? If yes, then how many days we need to take it. Currently there is no medicine running.

Does Dhupaston postpones /prevents bleeding only if the conception has happened or it will postpone periods even if there is no conception.?

Hi doctor, last month I got my periods delayed by 10 days and it lasted only for 1 day with heavy flow. This month I'm experiencing very light brown discharge and very little pain in lower abdomen and have not got my periods yet. I had single ovarian cyst an year ago which was treated with the tab Nostra. What should I do to get my normal periods again?
