Can leptaden be taken after 3.5 months of delivery to increase quality n quantity of breastmilk as supply is very less. Giving formula milk from birth but now want to give breastmilk pls suggest

Hello Doctors, I have been diagnosed with Genital TB taking ATT since last 2 months and diagnosed with Adenomyosis with bulky Uterus so doctor prescribed me leupride 11.25mg but It didn't work so doctor told to take depot provera 150 mg  which I took last month but  now I'm afraid as I have heard that after taking this injection it takes at least 10 months for conception

Doctor, my spouse last LMP was 14 June. Her cycle period is 30 days. We did first beta hcg on 13th July, level was 104. We repeated test today i.e, 17 July and level came 441. Please advise if levels are fine. I am concerned because she had miscarriage in Dec'22. She is currently on Folic Acid & Thyroid 88mcg medicine. Her Thyroid level is 1.34. pls advise if you see any red flags ? Thank you.
