Do spotting next day after full flow of period considerd as period only should i count it as a day??

If Amneocentesis test is NORMAL, why, for what reasons did my double marker blood report show low values of free beta hcg= 0.35 MoM, and PAPP-A =0.19 MoM at 12 weeks??? because of which my double marker report showed high risk for T18= 1:29 and T13= 1:256 Few other measurements at 12 weeks were,  CRL=54.6mm, NT=1.4mm, my age= 34years, my height=160cm, my weight= 67 kg, Past history i had spontaneous miscarriage (2months) in Feb & conceived in March. I was taking folic acid and iron supplements in Feb.

I am a mother of a 1 year old baby. From the second trimester onwards, I had a feeling like my baby was punching in my upper abdomen eventually my ribs started paining. After my delivery, whenever I sit long for breastfeeding, my upper left abdomen starts paining. But after a few weeks of delivery, I saw that my upper left abdomen was swollen. I consulted my gyno, and she told me that it's nothing to worry about. I have stopped breastfeeding after 6 months but even now I have pain and swelling only if I sit for long. For the last 4-5 days I slept upside down and when I wake up in the morning, I get severe pain in my upper left abdomen and straight back to it. Which specialist should I consult?              One more concern is that can I voluntarily take certain tests (tests like HB, Thyroid level, iron, vitamin, calcium deficiency, etc) and consult a doctor or is it mandatory to have doctors consultation and prescription before taking tests?

Is my report normal? First time I have overdue on my period. Any think danger in my report or it is common.

I had an abortion 21days ago and I stopped bleeding after 8-9 days but now from 2 days there is some spotting and bleeding. I am having cramps also So is it normal ?

Is it normal to suddenly get one day bleeding this month?The cycle started as per dates but the bleeding is very less.. Its never happened before. Is it something to worry about?

The pain started from the right side of my stomach to the left side and it's just not bearable. I've lied down on bed in several positions but still there isn't any relief and using hot water bag but still couldn't find any relief

The lump is in labia majora on the hairs it seems with no pain or anything..its there for more than a year should i be worried

Hi i had my nt scan in 12weeks placenta was posterior normal. Not low lying. Everything was normal. When I go for early anomaly scan in 16 weeks it was showing posterior low lying reaching upto internal OS. Within 4 weeks it came low lying is it really possible? Or should I do scan in other scan centre and check. They haven't mentioned distance from os.
