Endometriosis
My doc suggested dinogest 2mg and neurobion forte to use for 2months.its been a month now and from day1 spotting hasn't stopped and I got periods now. I was suggested for ivf and they suspected endometriosis hence suggested these. Pls let me know if dinogest tablet isn't working is it harmful to conceive through ivf. They also advised for hysteroscopy and laproscopy surgery after this since my amh decreased.. We're opting for ivf

Before Hysteroscopy or Laparoscopy you should also have a speculum examination of the vagina and cervix. Spotting continuing throughout the month should have a reason which can be found examination.
You should get full work up for infertility before you plan for IVF
