Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello iam experiencing  blood clots always in my periods . But nowadays iam getting more clots. I don't know why. I want to know the exact size of clots getting in periods is normal.

My age is 34,this is 1st time i m facing issue of spotting since month of May,it has not stopped till date...sometimes its less and sometimes is more,sanitary pad is not even filled once a day,just when wiped with tissue blood can be seen... wat can be done??why it's happening??

Few weeks back I started having blood in my cough, which apparently was because of some infection in throat. For that my ent prescribed me trenaxa tablets two times a day for 5 days. Although I had it not more that 2-3 days, but my periods are late this month. It was supposed to arrive on 5th July. (I lost my brother as well on 4th July and have been in stress these few days). Could it be trenaxa which caused delay in my period? (This has happened to me previously as well when I had dengue and unexpected bleeding started)

I've been diagnosed with PCOS since last year. I started with Allopathy but then switched to Ayurveda last month(June 2023). I was already facing a scanty period lasting for a day but after consuming Ayurvedic medicine Sukumarm + Drakshadi Kashyam+ dhanvantri gulika and a few others it has got more negative results. I know it's been a month only but I wanted to confirm the medication with a specialist.

30yrs. Im married for 4 yrs have pcos. I gone to hospital for follicular study. Doc gave letrozole for 6 days. After i dint visited hospital due to demis in family. Now its day30. No periods. Will periods occurs while taking letrozole alone?

I visited local gynaecologist as i failed to conceive in spite of regular periods. Ultrasound (attached) showed hydrosalpinx. Doctor prescribed doxycycline for 5 days. After 2 days, pain started. Consulted a medical friend and added metrozyl and mafenamic acid. Pain is still there. Please advise me
