Is the double marker test normal? Age is 37 years, should I go for NIPT or no need? Placenta us anterior and low lying at 12 weeks 3 days, should I take any precautions? Can I use stair case? Please answer, Thank you

I had my periods in May on 15th. My periods are regular with 2-4 days tops. I had spotting on 15th June. I was traveling that day so preferred wearing a pad. I was on a vacation from 15th June - 3rd July. I wore a pad on every single day while I was staying in Mumbai because I was bleeding. But the bleeding was very less as compared to my heavy bleeding. I need to change pads every 3-4 hrs because it gets completely full and I use the pad with the largest size. (Sofy XXL). It was unusual that I was bleeding so less. But the bleeding continued. I usually have my periods for 4-5 days max. On 22nd June I was visiting Assam and I had heavy bleeding, like my usual. This continued for the next 7 days and then it stopped. I thought my periods are over. But then I was traveling on a bus (1st july) for 8 hrs, where again I saw blood spots and had to wear a pad. The next day I didn't bleed. Again on 3rd July I was traveling by air and I had to wear a pad because i was bleeding.

I had a D and C with mirena more than a year back.Now suddenly having bleeding for past one week.bleeding is light and not heavy.Check up and scan has revealed that mirena is in place.pl advise further action.

Having period cramps with no bleeding but also getting white discharge. I haven't skip my periods yet

Hi dr, I had undergone D&E process on 27th June  as I had missed abortion. Today on 7th July I am experiencing white discharge and pinching pain just like ovolution pain on left and right side of abdominal. Do i need to worry about it ? Bleeding stopped 1 week post D&E process.
