Hi..i had mg periods yesterday..I'm facing very light period flow and that too of brown colour.. Is it normal?

My sister has been suffering from severe stomach pain , in an ultrasound scan it has been identified that she has a cyst in her left ovary of measurement 30*20mm. Please let us know whether the cyst can be dissolved through medication itself or is it mandatory to go for surgery. If surgery is the only solution either it can be laproscopy or open surgery. I took unwanted 72 and bleed after 4 days of taking the pill. It's like normal period it's been 2 days is it normal to have normal flow or it should be lighter? How long should it last?

I had my periods in May on 15th. My periods are regular with 2-4 days tops. I had spotting on 15th June. I was traveling that day so preferred wearing a pad. I was on a vacation from 15th June - 3rd July. I wore a pad on every single day while I was staying in Mumbai because I was bleeding. But the bleeding was very less as compared to my heavy bleeding. I need to change pads every 3-4 hrs because it gets completely full and I use the pad with the largest size. (Sofy XXL). It was unusual that I was bleeding so less. But the bleeding continued. I usually have my periods for 4-5 days max. On 22nd June I was visiting Assam and I had heavy bleeding, like my usual. This continued for the next 7 days and then it stopped. I thought my periods are over. But then I was traveling on a bus (1st july) for 8 hrs, where again I saw blood spots and had to wear a pad. The next day I didn't bleed. Again on 3rd July I was traveling by air and I had to wear a pad because i was bleeding.
