I am on susten400 and am getting continous discharge of white cotton like.May i know why? Is it any infection?

In starting i got my period for 7 days now I have my period only 5 days and sometimes delay also what is the reason behind it

I am having less or no bleeding in my periods though period cycle is normal and having heavy pain first 2 days of the period expressing this from around last 2 years, so Dr suggested to undergo TVS and in TVS it says Large peritoneal inclusion cyst right overy of around 5 x 6 CM. Now Dr suggested to undergo lapro and histo scopy, is thi necessary or medication is enough, please suggest?

I got my cervical stitch in 19th week(Cervix was 2cm) after which I did 15 days complete bed rest. My doc advised I can do my desk job and normal walking for sometime and less physical household activity. Can I use indian toliet after cerclage? My running week is 22nd right now.
