I have my periods. While urinating , suddenly some blood clot with mucus pass through my rectum. It Is normal in periods or anything else ?

I am shameem my age is 33F trying to conceive My amh is 3.1 .I had regular periods of 26 days menstrual cycle.I went for a follicular study for 3 months I was given letrozol,hmg injections,HCG injections, progesterone but i didn't not conceive in those three months.In the 3 Rd month I had black muddy periods. This month I stopped consulting doctor i did not take any medicine today is day 18 of my menstrual cycle I am bleeding. Why am I bleeding in the middle of the month. My periods are suppose to come 11 days later but why do I have periods now?

My child is 8 days old.Child has jaundice, Total bilirubin is 18.2 mg/dl when tested today...  is this normal doctor?
