My doctor suggested to take TINIBA 500mg , 4 tablets at a time , is it ok to take 2000 mg togather , does it not cause any other problems, ?

My sister has been suffering from severe stomach pain , in an ultrasound scan it has been identified that she has a cyst in her left ovary of measurement 30*20mm. Please let us know whether the cyst can be dissolved through medication itself or is it mandatory to go for surgery. If surgery is the only solution either it can be laproscopy or open surgery. I took unwanted 72 and bleed after 4 days of taking the pill. It's like normal period it's been 2 days is it normal to have normal flow or it should be lighter? How long should it last?
