Lesser Flow No Cramps
Hello, I am always regular and have a 3 day cycle however I always used to get intense cramps and heavy clotting bleeding and painful breasts.
Since 2 months I am having no breast pain, light flow and minimal cramps.
Is this normal ?

Not having breast pain and minimum cramps is something which is normal
the light flow needs to be evaluated
Reason could be deranged thyroid and prolactin levels and lack of exercise
