Lesser menstrual flow after unwanted 72

Hello doctor, i got my periods yesterday but with a lesser flow comparatively. So my query is if my periods will come back to normal flow from next month or not. As i had unwanted 72 last month.

If u think the flow was less it could be either because of em pill or rarely pregnancy. So first thing s do a urine pregnancy test. If negative nothing to worry. Ur nxt periods should be of normal flow nd duration.
