Reduced menstrual flow
Hello Doctor, I am a 26-year-old female. I have been experiencing very light/less blood flow during my periods recently. I am currently taking isotretinoin for my acne. Could the reduced menstrual flow be a side effect of isotretinoin, or could there be another underlying cause? Please advise if I need any evaluation or tests. Thank you.

It can be a side effect of isotretinoin but if it persists we may need to investigate it
