Cramps on 19th day of cycle
Hello doctor. I have regular periods . Usually between 28 to 30 days. No pcos no thyroid. Had intercourse on the fertile days from 10th day to 19th day on alternate days. I usually do not get cramps before periods. But no I'm getting cramps on 19th day. Is this pregnancy? I'm taking shatavari 500mg per day since 3 months. Pls help
