Are Periods Regular After Meprate
Update on my last question- I did get my periods after 8 days post Meprate. Thank you for all your promt responses My question is- will my periods be regular from next month (usually they are fairly regular with cycles of 28 to 40 days) What are some tips/lifestyle changes that i can follow for regular periods?

It cannot be ensured that next periods you will get timely. Meprate is a medicine to induce withdrawal bleeding. It doesn't cause regularisation of periods. U need blood investigations and ultrasound to find the reason of irregular periods. Most common reason is PCOS. maintain a healthy BMI and regular exercises.

No Meparate will only help u get ur periods the month u take it The reason fr the delay in periods needs to be investigated Exercise Avoid intake of junk
