I was diagnosed with Endometriotic Cyst of size 5cm*5cm in April 2023. I started taking Dinogest since April 2023 until now continuing. In June 2023, the ultrasound report showed that Cyst size reduced to 4cm*3cm. In July 2023 i again got a scan and the size has again increased to 5cm*5cm. How is this even possible ? Endometriotic cyst reduced in size and again increased back to bigger size. All these ultrasounds were done in same reputed hospital, by the same radiologist. How can the cyst size reduce and then increase like this ?

Why after taking birth control my period blood came pink. I have also changed my place so is it because of it.

My beta HCG test is 92.58. Is it normal? Do I need to check with ultra sound scan before consulting doctor? Please advise.

I've had a recurring , almost always there bartholin cyst on my left side for a couple of years now. Without any discomfort but it was big enough to be obvious. Two weeks back I got one on the right side and this time it is infected. A course of doxycycline didn't help. I tried sitz baths as well, which gave short term relief from pain, but nothing else. I went to two doctors, one of them suggested I&D and marsupialisation if it returns. The other one said I should get both the cysts removed. I am confused. What should I do? I am in a lot of pain right now. They are about 3*3 and 4*5 respectively as per the doctors

In anomaly scan report my report shows mild echogenic bowel and echogenic focus.T21 1:45. Others all findings are normal. Quadruple marker negative,Nt scan normal. I don't want amioncintesis because It is not safe. What should I do. My gyno doc said everything is ok in my report and echogenic bowel and focus are goes away they don't create any problems. Please tell me what should I do?

I'd been consuming Deviry + Glyciphage since past 3-4 years since I couldn't get my periods normally at all. However, since the past 4-5 months, I started getting my periods naturally, although irregular in nature. They would sometimes come back within 15 days of getting over. This time, during last month, on 16th June, I got my periods again naturally. They usually last 5-6 days for me so by 5th day I was done. But from 8th day I noticed that I started spotting again. I've now been spotting since the last 10-12 days and my spotting won't stop. It isn't heavy flow, but I do bleed 3-4 drops per day. Is this a side effect of the previous medication? Is this normal? Will it go away on its own? Because there's no other symptom other than the fact that I'm bleeding this long. Please help.
