I am taking Dinogest since 2 months for endometriotic cyst. I still got my periods this month. Usually my periods last for only 4 days. But this time with dinogest i have a heavy bleeding and its been 6 days and its not stopped yet. Is this common with Dinogest ? I also got an ultrasound today and the size of cyst has reduced to almost half in just two months (from 5cm to 3cm). No other abnormality in ultrasound report. My only concern is that my periods is heavy and its veen 6 days and still bleeding. Is this common with Dinogest ?

I did my anomaly. Two findings are there. Mild Echogenic focus and echogenic bowel. My Nt report was noraml. Quadruple marker report is also negative. I also did my anomaly after 4days with fetal medicine doctor. Is amnocytosis test is required? Because this test is not 100 percent safe. My gyno doctor told me follow up usg is required. She told me don't required aminocytosis. Because focus generally goes away What should I do?

Hello doctor, I had my growth scan yesterday and as per report baby weight is 1280 grams. Radiologist said that weight is on lower side and it needs to be improved. AFI is 17cm and rest all parameters are normal as per radiologist. Kindly suggest if the weight is very less and what can be done to improve the weight. I've a lot of heart burn issue and cannot digest anything heavy. Thanks for your suggestions.
