Thin endometrial lining

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am understanding IVF. Egg retrieval and embryo formation is successful. But my endometrial lining does not increase after highest dosage of estrogen, prp and gcsf also. Transfer is cancelled as endometrial lining only went to 5.9 on day 15 after all the treatment.
