What is the meaning of term that evidence of dominant follicle size 22*19mm means in right ovary ? and left ovary is normal It is normal condition or something to worry about as I am planning for baby So please tell me

My 18 year old daughter is complaining of sudden 1 second pinches across her breast .Mostly on left most corner of breast,but is also felt in mid section and right side corner too.They come and go .More in her menstruation time but otherwise also once or twice a day in 2-3 days.She has anxiety issues too.More pronounced after ingesting Vitamin C based food, supplements. Could it be gastric,harmonal related or something else? Any blood tests needs to be done?
