I had one abortion on 5th week of conception. It was done under gynaecologist by taking abortion pill. It was completed without any complications and post abortion I had undergone sonography. In scan it was all clear there were no rpoc. Can this abortion cause fallopian tube blockage?

No. Blockage is not related to abortion if it was done by a gynec, following all aspetic precautions.
