Pregnancy and Infertility

Pls suggest good cream/oil/lotion for breast tightening and toning. I am married since last 7.5 years and having 1 son of age 6 years. Not on breast feeding. Last mensis was on 14th Jan.

Hello doctor, I am a feeding mom. I had C-section delivery 5 months back. From 2 weeks I have been getting slight pains now and then, but from today I am feeling burning sensation. Why is it happening? Can it be cured through tablet? Is it safe to intake tablet considering I am a breastfeeding mom? Also, I am feeling slight back also while burning sensation in lower belly. Kindly help me clear all these questions.

I'm using novelon tablet for irregular periods When I need to start my 2nd dose from my 4th day of my periods or 5th day of my periods And also I'm facing gastric problem I think it's bcoz of this tablet is there any solution for this

I did usg because was getting pain in abdomen even after periods ended and also irregular periods My usg report shows below Both the ovaries are bulky in size and contain multiple small follicles arranged peripherally with thick echogenic stroma. Right ovary measures : 37.6 mm x 30.0 mm x 29.5 mm, volume = 17.4 cc. Left ovary measures: 29.6 mm x 24.3 mm x 33.4 mm, volume = 12.6 cc. ADNEXA: Adnexa appear clear with no obvious mass lesion could be detected IMPRESSION: 1. Bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology ( PCOM ). Clinical correlation and further relevant investigation is suggested. Can you explain whats the concern?

What does this mean ? Mentioned in growth scan 29 weeks 3 days. BPD 71 mm 27w 5D HC  262 mm 28 w 2 d Ac 222 mm 27w 3d FL 53mm 28 w Cephalic index 74 dolicocephaly . Efw 1078 grams +/- 107 grams Is this serious ? Is dolicocephaly serious ? Pls explain. What should I do to resolve IUGR?

I do not know whether my milk is completely removed or not? because by expressing with an  electric breast pump it takes almost 30 minutes to express milk in level 3 ,I do not understand in which level it should be taken

I am 25 female with no health problems, allergic to sulpha and i have been taking regestrone cr for the past week, now i am outside the country and developed cough, can i have medicines for cough or do the two drug combinations dont mix i have zedex cough syrup and roxcid tablet only

My wife gave twins birth three years ago, feeded milk to babies only one month and then unable to feed due to not coming and she got cyst on left breast and done small surgery to remove was  on three months after birth but still she complained small drop of milk discharge when pressing hard and her breast was enlarged since given birth She doesn't have any other symptoms and active at always so is that be normal or should be the concern

Good day This is in regard to ÌUD. The ÌUD expiry date was January 5th, 2024. I have not yet gotten it removed. Is it safe to have it. Until how many days or months  can it be there even after expiry. The name of the inserted IUD is U care sleek CU 375. Please guide me

I was diagonosed with pcos in year 2012. since then i was on krimson 35 or this type of tablet to regulate period as it was too irregular.in 2022 i delivered my baby . i conceived naturally with out any medication. now from 2023 my gyno prescribed me krimson 35 to regulate period and as a contraception also.now my question is , is it safe to continue krimson 35 for long term . as i was on this type of medication since 2012.as a couple we both prefer this method as contraception as i have irregular period.
