Hi Doctor, My mother is 62 year old having prolactin level is 23.92ng/ml. She stopped mensuration last  15 years. Is this prolactin level is normal ? Please suggest. Thanks

I have attached my reports of ultrasound from 1 year and recent one. I was getting mild pain in right aide so went for ultrasound . I am due for my periods in coming 3 days and trying to conceive. I am only taking tab cabergolin now and no follic acids. Cabergolin i am taking twice a week as my prolcatin was too high although now it is 1.6 .as per my reports what do i need to do for conceiving or is my pcod not correctable and what do i need to do so i can conceive sooner.Please help. I have already shown to two doctors but dont have much trust as nothing is clear and also got fatty acids now. I want to understand my ovulation as well.

I am undergoing medications Today i have asked to take ovitrille injection what if i the injection is skipped or i missed taking is there any side effect

My mother is having fibroid in the uterus and she is 57 but her periods still continue and the last 2 months period continues. The doctor advised her LBC test and biopsy and he completed both tests and got the LBC test report. In which superficial and intermediate cells are seen and basal and parabasal cells are few cells seen. Severe inflammation seen. polymorps and lymphocytes seen. Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy, reactive cellular changes associated with inflammation. I want to know if there is any sign of cancer or not?

If the periods started on 20 January and ends on 27 January...... then what's the date of ovulation?

Is 25mm follicle with letrozole too big for conceiving? Took 5mg Letrozole for 10 days followed by hcg shot.

My growth scan reports says efw 3rd percentile early onset of intrauterine growth restriction . Efw is 1070 gms +/- 100.  Fetal doppler is normal. I didn't take much protein due to severe gastritis, just started taking it. And my ecospirin dose was reduced from 150mg to 75mg. Is this serious. Please help

A dominant follicle 3 days before periods means what exactly for a pcod person? Does it mean ovulation happened or is going to happen near to 3 days before periods now given that endometrial lining is 6.4mm .

I have problem of frequent urination specially at night .and also leakage of urine .my urine routine is normal ,my urine culture and sonography are normal.now what is the cause for frequent urine and leakage .I am worried .is this sign of something seriously diseases cancer or something.plzz suggest
