Good morning doctor , am a breastfeeding mother to 5months old baby recently am having severe dizziness upon bending over leaning forward and when sitting still i feel am falling off balance so doctor prescribed me t vertin ( general physician) should i take that does it have an impact on my breastmilk ? Snd my treating gynaecologist prescribed etova mr and cervical neck band physician said no need to take cervical band its vertigo so what should i do now please help me

I have severe pelvic and lower back pain and my lower abdomen also hurts I even consulted gynec but nothing is working the pain is worsening day by day

I have avoided fish for first two trimesters, due to fear of mercury and contaminations. I want to start eating fish now, as it is good for baby brain development. Please suggest precautions while selecting right fish and variety of fishes that can be consumed safely. Thanks in advance.

I was diagnosed with pcod in 2020, started medicines but I couldn't tolerate medicines so I went off medicines and started exercising and eating well. For the last one year I have had regular periods but in the last 3 months I had no periods then this January periods came, 5 days were proper but now periods are not stopping, very light it is but it's there I get to know this while using the washroom else it's soo less that even napkins is 99% not used! (More than 12 days) What to do for this mild period not going?

1. Last cycle took 2.5 Letrozol, got decent follicle size which was ruptured after 5000ui hcg on cd 15 but did not conceive 2. This cycle Letrozole dose increased to 5mg for 10 days, on cd 12, Left overy had 25mm follicle and right had 15 mm 3. I was induced on cd 12 with hcg 5000 ui injection again 4. Follicular done again on cd 14 but no rupture happened. Left follicle increased to 3+ cm and right one to 18 cm 5. Doctor asked me to take a 1000 hcg ui again on cd 14 along with Progestrone tab from cd 15 6. My ET is also 9.5 for which I have been given medicine 7. I have 3cm endometriosis on right ovary - asymptomatic Please tell me if I still have chance this cycle?

I have been getting sharp pain on right side of uterus since 4 to 5 days my periods are due now but these are not cramps like if i cough or wake up from bed i get this sharp pain and then it goes away. I had ultrasound to check as i have pcod already but radiologist said its just bulky ovaries although in report i see there is a dominant follicle in right ovary is it something serious as i feel if now i have a dominant follicle that means i did not ovulate this cycle and i still get the pain in between.
