I am a breastfeeding mother I have 11month baby she doesn't sleep well at night.she wakes every hour or two for feed .I gave her solid foods as well but not formula milk .some days before I offered her cerelac wheat and rice but this caused her loose motions. Breast feeding her so many times caused me weakness in my whole body now plz suggest me any supplementary drink which can be helpful to me as well as for my baby to increase milk supply and quality. I want to have a baby by this year too. I want to conceive in 2/3 months. Is it going to harm my cycle or ovulation ? I am overweight by 5/6 kgs.
