I have problem of frequent urination specially at night .and also leakage of urine .my urine routine is normal ,my urine culture and sonography are normal.now what is the cause for frequent urine and leakage .I am worried .is this sign of something seriously diseases cancer or something.plzz suggest

I am a breastfeeding mother I have 11month baby she doesn't sleep well at night.she wakes every hour or two for feed .I gave her solid foods as well but not formula milk .some days before I offered her cerelac wheat and rice but this caused her loose motions.
