I got lower abdomen ultrasound and got mild free fluid in cul de sac so What is the treatment for Pid prescribed the medicine for that

AFI level is 12.3 in 29 weeks 3 days. Report liquor normal .. I liquor and AFI different. Is the AFI level correct for this GA ? Also my Baby's weight is 1078+/- 107 grams

I am a breastfeeding mother I have 11month baby she doesn't sleep well at night.she wakes every hour or two for feed .I gave her solid foods as well but not formula milk .some days before I offered her cerelac wheat and rice but this caused her loose motions. Breast feeding her so many times caused me weakness in my whole body now plz suggest me any supplementary drink which can be helpful to me as well as for my baby to increase milk supply and quality. And also my baby is looking so slim and pale for last 3months .

I have binge eating disorder and it's because of stress. So doctor prescribed me flunil 20mg, aspritto 2mg and topaz 50mg for a period of 21 days . I started the medication yesterday.
