Postpartum join pain due to C section
How long does joint pain last after a C-section? Despite taking all the postnatal supplements and eating nutritious food, I still experience significant pain in my legs, especially at night. My C-section was in December 2023. Please help me understand when and how this pain will go away Thank you in advance for your grateful advice

It is more than three months that you had your Caesarean. Please go for walks, about half an hour in the morning and evening , do some floor exercises and exercises to tone up leg muscles.
