Both tubes were blocked at fimbria with dense agglutination.Decision taken not to interfere as it was like active tuberculosis.advised AKT N Laparoscopy after drug therapy.
Uterus was nornal in size. left ovary was seen but right ovary was obscured in TO mass,
Wife started AKT 4 tablet
