Laparoscopy detect Tube blockage
Under SA, painting and drapping done. Considering bilateral tubal cornual blocks procedure started with hysteroscopy, entry under hysteroscopic guidance tried but internal os was stiff with intense adhesions, just uterine sound could be inserted. Laparoscopy startedwith Primary 10mm port inserted. Pneumoperitonium created. DEnse adhesions of uterus, bladder n anterior abdominal walll noticed, All abdomen was intensely hyperemic. Liver showed violin string like dense adhesions, sir fitz her curtis syndrome s / o Abdominal tubercolosis. Both tubes were blocked at fimbria with dense agglutination.Decision taken not to interfere as it was like active tuberculosis.advised AKT N Laparoscopy after drug therapy. Uterus was nornal in size. left ovary was seen but right ovary was obscured in TO mass, Wife started AKT 4 tablet How much days it take to unblock tubes?
