Hi i m nupur final year medical student from govt med college bsp, i had dermoid removal in my 2017 yr via laproscopy all tests including tumor markers biopsy everything was done everything was normal , doctors said nothing to worry abt usg was done twice after the interval of 1 yr again normal , i have pain during 1st day spasmodic pain which often goes by mephthal spas , but since lockdown i m experiencing less bleeding? Anything to worry? But the cycles are normal regular and with pain on first day which resolved by pcm also

I face unbearable pain for first 2 days during menstruation. For relief I have to take pain killers twice a day or as required. Is it about concern?

Hello, My wife is having PCOS and she is been taking treatment since last five months, Since last one month she is facing excessive hair loss. She was prescribed novex to be taken up for one month .is there any side effects of it? Currently the doctor has prescribed below medicine to continue. 1.BTN forte for 90 days daily 1 2.Premolut N for 10 days daily 1 3 .Cooecoral for 30 days daily 1 Is there a side effects PCOS treatment on hair loss?

Hi i have recently diagnosed with PCOS and we have tried for a baby once but came to know bot PCOS so one of my Gyne has recommended me to take fertility medicines and start taking PCOS medicine too. She has recommended me Ovasis medicien which has Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro-Inositol, Chromium and vitamin D3 along with the fertility meds like estradiol Enrifol n all. But the another gyne recommended me to take Trazer for PCOs which has Myo-Insoitol,vitamin d folic acid,biotin lycopene n chromium. So my question is i have taken Ovasis medicine for a month now so can i take trazer for next one mnth and later on can i switch to Ovasis again as the salt are same only...

TSH 5.19 this is too much high? required medicine or reduce through diet food? Please suggest to me.

Hello doctor, Two yrs back i was diagnosed with Endometriosis(endometriotic cysts of 2 and 3 cms on ovaries) ,  as i was having heavy periods pain, i took vissanne for 10 months as doc prescribed , cysts wer reduced and i delivered bby 5months back. I got my periods also after delivery,  twice as not exclusively breastfeeding . Now wil the cysts again form due to this periods every month? Wich medicine can i take to avoid forming cysts again? Or just leave like that

I dont get my periods on time.. And even if i get my bleeding is really less than required. It comes once in two months or may be three months
