Pregnancy and Infertility

I took medicine suggested by a doctor 3 months back. The medication was for 20 days. After medicine finished,my period cycle was normal for 2 months..then this is the third month and again it has become abnormal. I am only getting spots of blood daily since 8 days..and in between there is no blood for entire day. 3 months before when I took the medication from doctor,it was the same and period used to go on till 15-20 days. Please help how to solve this. I am also planning to conceive.

I've been diagnosed with pcod 2 years back and i have been on prescribed pill on and off for two years now( progesterone and estrogen pills) m still unable to get my periods on own. When i stop having my birth control pills my periods are regular for 2 months and then again irregular and i have to take pills to make it regular. Is pill going to harm me in the future? Also i have gained weight after having pills also hair fall. Is there an alternate way to make my periods regular? M not overweight i weight 50kgs my height is 5ft'3inch. My lifestyle and diet have been the same no major changes. What do you recommend for me?

I had done my sonography in January. It was normal. So it means i dont have PCOS/PCOD ? Or is there any specific time for the detection ? PS - i dont have any other symptoms like acne,facial hair... I have thyroid(irregular periods)

I've been diagnosed with PCOS, and I was on Normoz tablets for the past 4 months but now I've switched to Amycordial Syrup. I've been experiencing severe dizziness from the past 3-4 days and my periods are 3 days late. I've been experiencing some symptoms of PMS like stomach ache but I'm concerned about the dizziness. Irregular periods, when I tool ultrasound report it says ovaries size is regular but has polycystic changes, no where it mentions the presence of cysts..please help me understand the conclusion Size: right ovary - 4.1x2.6 cms Left ovary - 4.2x2.2 cms
