Having irregular periods over past 1.5 years. Seen few doctors. Taken scan also. No problem. What to do to make it regular or some time I get after a tablet.

I am unmarried and 35 yrs old,I am having heavy period or spotting issue Doctor asked me to get TSH and Serum Prolactin test done TSH 10.100 Prolactin 24.9 Doctor told me to take Eltroxin 50 mcg daily empty stomach and also asked me to take Trapic E for 3 days but after that heavy period started,then Doctor told me to take Trapic MF for 3 more days 3 times a day,after that it's not continuous bleeding but once in a day for few hours I have bleeding and then it stops. I consulted Doctor she asked me to take Ovral l for 21 days and get USG done,I booked appointment for USG today in nearest hospital but due to some reason Doctor could come to hospital and it got cancelled.Please advise whether Ovral L and Novelon are similar or are different , As earlier also few years back another Doctor prescribed me Novelon for irregular period issue( similar issue) and it got cured after 3 months then for long time I didn't had any irregular period issue.So can I take Novelon instead of Ovral I

Is any diet for control of tsh level 5.1. I have already did exercise from last 15 days. As already you said no medicine required ass exercise is better.

Hi, I am using metformin and mcbm69 daily once as doctor prescribed.. i m checking my ovulation.. i did not ovulate from past 3mnths.. checking on 14, 15, 16.. and this time i got my periods 2days early.. 2months back i got 10days early.. may iknow what might be the exact prblm.. im too stressed. And never used to have stomach pain. I only used to get headache nd legpain. Today im having severe stomach pain. Please help me. How will i conceive if not ovulating. Thanks in advance Geetha

24 year old patient, complaining of lower back pain that radiate to the leg and stinging pain in palm of feet. Last menses was 20 September to 26 September which was heavy periods along with heavy bleeding with clots, pressure in pelvic region, unbearable pain and cramps in pelvic region, weakness, loss of appetite.

I am diagnosed with PCOD(Lean). I have just one issue that is irregular periods which is happening from last two months. Today I visited gynaecologist. She gave me medicines for periods but when I asked her about diet restrictions, She said diet restrictions are for obese ladies as i am too skinny and underweight. So is it true that i can eat anything like white rice, white salt,Dairy etc? Any other info you want to give? P.S- I do yoga 5 times a week for 1 hour every morning. It's been 6-7 months i eliminated white sugar just because white sugar is not good for health ,not any other reason. But sometimes I eat jaggery.
