I'm a 31 year old female with rheumatoid arthritis for last 15 years.I take saaz 500mg - 2-0-2, HCQS 200 mg - 0-0-1,Folvite 5mg -1-0-0 everyday. I have been married for 3 years and underwent infertility evaluation recently.The HSG test findings are uterus is in arcuate shaped with right cornuate blockage and delayed spill in left tube. I have irregular periods from past two years,doctor said it's a mild case of pcod upon evaluation.AMH -4.16,no history of thyroid or Diabetes.My doctor has suggested for laparoscopic surgery to unblock the tubes and find anyother underlying causes. Please suggest the best course of action I can take.Is there a possibility for natural conception after the laparoscopic surgery?
