TSH becomes low from high
My last Thyroid TSH value was 4.45 with 75mcg thyroid tablet.So foc has advised to increase to 100mcg dosage before startin fertility treatment 6 months back.Now I checked the Thyroid level and my TSH has drastically reduced to 0.13.Am having fatigue with palpitations sometime now. So I have become hypo to hyper. Should I go back to 75 dosage or stop for a while and check? Why are these fluctuations happening?? What's the relation of this to menstrual health and egg development?

PCOD issues
I've been struggling with a diet especially more so because of increasing acidity and gas which happens more often since the removal of my gall bladder. I don't skip meals but there are bigger gaps at times and the meals I have don't seem to be nutritious enough anyway to me. I feel exhausted and clueless about what kind of a diet I should have. I've cut down on sugar and carbs completely. I've also started walking half an hour everyday and on the very few days I miss out, I exercise in my home.
