I'm getting heavy periods one month after c section. Is it normal? Is there anything to worry about?

Hi Doctor I'm 32 years old woman having a 3yrs old kid I'm having heavy menstrual period so local gynecologist asked me to take pelvic scan I took today in that they mentioned "Echogenic polyp measuring 22.7*16.7mm seen within the anterior endometrial cavity. No color flow seen within the lesion". I already ungergone a laproscopic surgery in 2016 they done pap smear test they confirmed negative. Now I want to know whether it is a serious problem or it can leave as it is? What is the next step i need to take for this please help me. Pls find the attached report for your reference.

Dear doctor, I had my c section on 20.08.2020 and gave birth a baby. But after 45 days of delivery period is not stopping. Sometimes it is more and again reduced but not stopping. What should I do. Please help.

Whenever i try to makeout with my husband i didn't get mood if sometimes i get the mood then also dryness is there even after trying so hard also no discharge is there.if discharges its gets thick and becomes dry in a while. Previously problem was not there suffering from 3 to 4 month's.

Dear Doctor, I am 35 years old and had my first child in 2012. I suffered placenta abruption in the last month and had very high blood pressure. Due to this, emergency c section was done. It took me years to overcome the fear and I feel I want a second baby now. Have few queries, can I think of second baby at this age when I already crossed 35 Also,. Pandemic is everywhere is it worth waiting for a year more for a baby. Three, since I had placenta abruption, do I have risk again, should I leave the thought of having second Request guidance. I diagonsed with endometriosis cyst with 8 cm and also removed through surgery but doctor is telling it may reoccur which tablet I need to use to reduce the reoccurring the endometriosis and I also I have betathalsemia trait.accordingly please suggest.
