Ovygyn dsr and periods

I have been diagnosed for pcod on July and prescribed krimson 35. After taking krimson 35 for 4 months, doctor said cysts are cleared so you can take ovygyn dsr. How does ovygyn dsr works? What is the use of ovygyn dsr and how it helps with periods? Will ovygyn regularise periods?
