I am having breakouts in my ching area and 5-6hairs in my ching area.I have irregular periods but yes everymonth I do have period but its only for 2-3days with less flow and clots.I have severe hairfall.dont know whether its because of stress or pcos...what r hormonal tests to rule out

Is it possible to treat pcod through change in lifestyle and exercise diet control...will it reoccur...will this hairs go completely...

I was diagnosed with PCOS 8 months back, when I was  in delhi for my coaching and I was also prescribed with medicine, I took medicine for 1 month and got my periods. But after that due to covid 19, I flew back to my native place Bhubaneswar, but from 2 months the problem is still occuring and I am not getting my periods. And back then the medicine which I took also made some body changes, like hair growth over my body.. now I am not into any medicine. I want to know all the natural and effective ways of how can I supress pcos and get my periods regular.

Irregular menstrual cycle(5 months interval ),oily skin and acne on and off despite keeping hydrated and exercising.Menstrual cycle started at the age of 13 and very irregular ever since.Pcos diagnosed in sonography .No other health issues though!No genetic causes as well.Would like to know the treatment and medication plan.

Hi.I dont get periods from last 2  months. I am 33 years old and have two kids with c section, after two kids i got one medical abortion 1 and half years ago. In may 2020 I took unwanted 72.. after that i got only one periods..I visited the docter, she give me 5 days medicine for periods, but didnot come.please suggest anything serious can happen with me?

Due to irregular periods I was given Metital tablet to take every morning after breakfast. I have been taking from 15 days now, I had got 10 days back heavy period and now I have got again my periods and it's heavy. Should I stop that medicine or is it regulating my preriod. Please suggest why it might be happening like that.

Recently have diagnosed and as er USG Report there's a cyst in the ovary size of it in diameter is 12cm and SOL, and doctor asked to operate it. Ever since 2 months didn't get period however suddenly today I got periods. May I know what can it be need help.

I am 35 years married since 4 years. I have PCOD. Also I had a miscarriage in last year September 2019. And my monthly period was on 18th May, 2020 and since that day to till date I have no periods yet.

For what deviry 10 mg is used ? is meparate n deviry are same ? r they any sideeffects of this tab ?
