It's just functional ovarian cyst which might not be there in the next cycle but do repeat usg to see if there is no reduction in the size. Other report seems to be normal. No thyroid

Next Steps
Repeat ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries after next periods to measure the size of cyst
