Uterine Artery Notching at 19 week Scan
In my 19 week anomaly scan report there is a Notching present on
Left uterine artery ( RI 0.84 & PI 2.17)
while notching is absent on
Right uterine artery (RI 0.59 & PI 0.98).
Baby growth is normal so far till 19 week.
Doctor has suggested Medicines - Ecosprin 150mg and Argiprime sachet on daily basis.
Is Ecosprin safe and shall I continue taking it?

Yes it is safe. That was given to combat high blood pressure in future , to avoid intrauterine growth restriction
