Hi,My wife is 32 weeks pregnant and her recent sonography reports say's "Early diastolic notch seen in right uterine artery".
What does it mean and is there anything need to worry about.

It means in layman terms that the blood supply to the baby s getting a little compromised.
Get her blood pressure checked, rule out other placental causes , give her plenty of bed rest.
